In application for registration of inheritance, what kinds of documents shall be attached?

In applying for the registration of inheritance, the following documents shall be attached:
(1) Application Form of Registration
(2) Certificates of ownership or other rights
(3) Latest Household Registration Transcript by the time the deceased has passed away
(4) Latest Household Registration Transcript of heirs
(5) Inheritance Chart
(6) Certificate of payment or waiver of inheritance tax or other evidential documents
(7) If there is any heir abandoning his/her rights, legal documents proving such abandonment shall be attached.
(8) Other documents required by the central land management agency according to relevant laws and regulations
The Inheritance Chart mentioned in preceding Paragraph 5 shall be made by applicants themselves in accordance with relevant requirements of the Civil Act. In addition, it is necessary to remark that if any one suffers loss because of any omission or error in such charts, applicants shall undertake legal liability. Such applicants shall sign or stamp under such remarks.
Applicants who apply for the registration of inheritance in accordance with the final decisions of courts do not need to produce documents prescribed in Paragraphs 3, 5 and 7.
