Applicants shall fill out the Application Form of Land Re-survey and attach relevant titleship certificates or other evidential documents in making an application to the Land Office with jurisdiction in the place where the lands are located. In the event that original remarks need to be modified, the applicant shall also fill out the Application Form of Land Registration and attach relevant evidential documents of titleship to apply for the modification of remarks at the same time. When an applicant applies for land re-survey, he/she shall bring the Notification of Time for Land Re-survey to the land sites and set up boundary markers.
