In order to make the application progress transparent and to save travel expense and time incurred in making a telephone call or personal presence in the Land Office for queries, we provide text message / email service for registration progress notification. Besides that, on our own initiative, we will continue to inform applicants to correct or deliver documents, or regarding the dismissal of application. In addition, announcements or information on case closure are released through our notification system. We have also initiated the “Reply System of Case Progress” service based on the spirit of active service provision to ensure that applicants remain informed of latest case progress, thereby enhancing communication with applicants and providing them with convenient services via simplified procedures.
