An application shall be made by the landowner. For lands owned jointly by several owners, an application can be made by one owner. In such an application, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Application Form of Land Re-survey
2. When an application for a public land lot is made by the user, written approval of the public land management agency shall be attached.
3. If the owner passes away, and an application is made by an heir, the household certificate shall be attached, and remarks on the application form are required.
4. Affidavits for non-waiving of inheritance
5. As with lands for an ancestor worship guild, certificates of heirs shall be attached.
